Pricing Policy

·         The price of the property is subject to changes based on the prevailing market conditions. M/s. Alliance Housing Chennai reserves the right to change the property price.

·         However, buyers who have purchased the property in the old price and entered into agreement are not subject to the revised rate and the previous price specified in the agreement holds good for the transaction.
