Refund & Cancelation Policy

·         The application for allotment is tentative and shall only be finalized on acceptance of the same by both the concerned parties and on execution/signing of an agreement for sale within 21 days from the date of booking by making necessary payments towards the agreement. On failure of which, Ms. Alliance Housing Chennai reserves the right to cancel the deal at its discretion.

·         If the buyer is unable to go ahead with the booking in the project and wishes to cancel/shift this booking before entering into an agreement then Rs.25,000/- will be deducted as cancellation charges. 

·         The buyer should submit to “M/s. Alliance Housing Chennai” a written request for cancellation of the deal and from the date of submission of the request, Alliance would refund the balance amount within 120 working days.
